I think this company could be a hit or miss depending on your cleaner, so please note that we had Yaneth and Blanca. I was told they are experienced cleaners with good reviews from their clients. My experience was excellent. Price was steep $60/hour/cleaner, but this was the first service I have ever felt satisfied with. First of all the office was very responsive and helpful on the phone. Booking was so easy and accomodating to my schedule since they have so many cleaners to work with. Love that they also allow cancellation 24 hours before the appt too. I told them I needed a deep move

Not terrible but a little disappointing. It's hard to say if anything is the direct fault, good or bad of Aloha Maids. They hire third party cleaners so it depends on the cleaner. The cleaner I got was nice, but she was an hour late past her window (though she did let me know). Once she arrived she worked very fast... took her 1.5 hours for 1200 sq feet. The "big picture" areas were done but little details were missed. I've had other cleaners spend more like 3 hours and really get things done. This cleaner didn't seem like she cared and was just trying to get it done. She

This company hires third party cleaners and sends them your way. So far I've had two sets. The first third party cleaners were not that great and broke one of my miniature figurines without telling me. They just placed the broken arm next to figurine like no one would notice. Also, since I have no carpet (and to be covid safe) I requested no vacuums to be used in my house. I had to ask the couple 3 times to stop using a vacuum. I thought perhaps it was a language barrier but the guy told me he like the show I was watching so perhaps not. Anywho, upon leaving I asked if they planned on mopping

We have been customers for several years and Aloha Maids always does a great job, but yesterday they outdid themselves. The whole house smelled fresh and no detail was overlooked. They even found an opal earrjng I had been searching the floor for after losing it a few days prior. I thought it was lost outside and gone for good, but they placed it carefully on the corner of the dresser where I would see it. Fantastic job and I'm so grateful!

I'm so very grateful to Aloha maids and the team of cleaners they sent to my house. I just moved into a condo and it had been sitting empty and it got incredibly dirty with dust. Just finishing up cancer and I didn't have the strength to clean it but Aloha Maids did! They ROCKED IT!!! I'm a very satisfied customer!! I'm very happy!!! AWESOME JOB!!!

JOKE OF A COMPANY. Unfortunately, they are a third party company that sub contracts with others cleaners. Their "move out cleaning" includes nothing... you have to pay extra for the windows to be washed, fridge to be wiped out, walls to be wiped down, garage to be swept... for $1000 you would assume that would be included. The worst part is we only figured this out when the cleaners showed up at the house and started tacking onto our original price... VERY DISAPPOINTING. I would not recommend.

Would have given them 5 stars some places they did EXCELLENT other places not so much but not close to badly either (the patio and the master bath). My guest bathroom, kitchen and their dump dusting was SUPER!!
I normally don't inspect as they work especially after I've created good rapport and trust with the cleaners.
Overall. I LOVED them! Even a speck of dirt wouldn't make me doubt their work.

We cleaning people (a young couple) were not professional cleaners. There was absolutely no attention to detail. I think the attached photos speak for themselves. They wiped things down but they must have used dirty rags because everything had some sort of film on it. The photos of the showers are after I pointed out what they had missed and that I suggest they use something with bleach...so what you are seeing is their second attempt at cleaning the showers. I contact Aloha the same day and was told someone from 'claims' would reach out to me. That was on June 11 (13 days ago)

I waited for the second visit from aloha maids. First of all I would like to thank Angel and Tove you guys did a great job I enjoyed having you in my house you are very professional courteous and compassionate people. You went above and beyond and I appreciate that so much they're so little of that these days. I completely look forward to Angel and Tove coming to my house and doing an excellent job and making sure before they leave my house that I am a happy camper. Alohas provided a decent set of cleaners for my first deep clean in a while. The fixed rate price with the promotion was nice. The cleaners arrived on time and were friendly and courteous.
The house had not had a deep clean in a year, and I added some specifics like baseboard wiping etc.
The good: cleaners took their time and were very thorough. One of the cleaners had some contractor experience and provided a few tips.
Walls were cleaned, carpets vacuumed and floors mopped to my satisifaction. Everything smelled like lysol afterwards. Shower was descaled
