What a great experience! Alex was responsive and professional and a real pleasure to work with. Our shower handle had abruptly stopped working (in the "on" position), and we'd had to completely shut off our water to turn off the shower. Alex understood the urgency of the situation, and truly went above and beyond to quickly fix the problem. I highly recommend him!

Alex was very kind and knew what was going on almost immediately (he actually knew immediately but I accidentally gave him misleading information so that led him down another track). We had an excellent experience with Alex! We thought had an issue with our tankless hot water heater installed by others but turned about to be an old, faulty mixer valve in one of the showers. Alex narrowed down the possibilities through process of elimination and solved a hard-to-find issue that ultimately returned consistent hot water to our home! Alex was super responsive and communicative, something I found lacking from other services I contacted before I reached out to Alex.
