Established in 1986, I started my business in the plumbing & heating trade in the State of New York. I worked in Boston, MA and Simsbury, CT in 2004. I've recently relocated my business to Waxhaw, NC and look forward to working with you!

Ken came out to check why a repair wasn't working that someone else had done He looked around and within a couple minutes knew exactly what needed to be done.
Ken replaced my 50 year old furnace with a new, super efficient furnace and installed a new water heater also. He was very knowledgeable and competent and really nice to boot! He also serviced the system for 2 free cleanings.

I had a new dishwasher installed by Home Depot which was done incorrectly and damaged my cabinet. Mr. Pignone came and repaired the damage done and installed my dishwasher correctly. I commend him for his professionalism, his trustworthiness, his knowledge of plumbing issues, and most of all his honesty. He is a reminder of how people in the past treated customers with dignity and respect. I cannot express nearly enough how much I would recommend him to others for their plumbing repairs.

Ken has been our plumber for over 20 years. He is fabulous. He's accommodating, punctual, totally professional, he uses quality products and does great work. Over the years, he has installed a furnace, a whole house water filter, a water softener, a pump for our well, did the plumbing on two bathroom remodels and a kitchen remodel, ran gas lines for our stove and fireplace, replaced a faucet, a toilet...well you get the idea. I doubt if there's anything he can't do!

Slam dunk choice for plumbing help. Ken was absolutely straightforward in his analysis of my problem (water heater), creative in trying to find less expensive solutions than a complete replacement. Equally, if not more importantly, he followed up on each visit he made to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions. Definitely made us feel we were in good, trustworthy hands. We recommend him highly.

Awesome. Ken gave me a quote to replace a couple of traps and repair a leaking faucet in my old West Hartford house. His quote was very reasonable and I had been given his name as a referral so I hired him for the job. He was easy to schedule, showed up early (after calling to make sure it was OK), and came in with a final bill significantly lower than his already reasonable initial quote! Ken is an honest, hardworking local businessman and I'd highly recommend you give him a call if you are shopping for plumbers.
