Carpets get worn down and dirty from pets, kids, spills and general every day foot traffic. We only use green products that are safe for your family and pets without sacrificing cleaning power. The Mr. Steam team has helped hundreds of families throughout the Portland Metro and Vancouver area enjoy clean homes for more than 13 years.
We use only the best equipment and products to blasts dirt and soil from grout and tile as well as smooth & rough hard surfaces. Some floors may need the extra work of a floor buffer when they are deeply soiled. After throughly cleaning, sealant is applied to protect your tile and grout for years to come.
Ima by Design is a non-partisan humanitarian non-profit foundation. Their mission is to end extreme poverty by raising awareness about poverty through education, economic and social support, and empowering women through entrepreneurship. Where they work? Currently focus our operations in Ghana, Nigeria and West Africa.

Mr. Steam saved the day when we arrived at our new house to find multiple pet stains on the carpet. Kris was super responsive and helpful, responding the same day I called to get all the carpets cleaned before our furniture arrived. The carpets and area rugs look and smell great now. We will most definitely use them again in the future!!

Very thorough and meticulous, our carpets were in bad shape before Mr. steam showed up.
Our size apartment was smaller than the package deal offered. I didn't realize it but the tech was honest about it and offered to clean our stairs as well to compensate for it. He didn't have to do that. It was very professional of him.
We will be using Mr. steam for all our carpet cleaning needs!!

Kris was awesome - highly recommend!! We have two dogs (including a pandemic puppy) plus a toddler... and our carpets reflected this. He got the carpets in our house looking better than they did when we moved in and stayed in our budget. He was so friendly and took his time giving us an honest and fair assessment. He was a true pleasure to work with.

Kris checked ALL of the boxes for me. He was personable and professional. I am going to recommend him to all of our neighbors. When he arrived, my husband and I were moving a couch and without even asking he just jumped right in and helped my husband get the couch moved. Way above his job of cleaning the carpets!!! He quoted us a fair price and I believe he went above and beyond to make certain that we were satisfied. I would highly recommend him to ANY one needing their carpets cleaned!!!

I have 3 big dogs and 14-year old carpet. I didn’t expect all the stains of “life” to come. But they did! Not only did Kris do an amazing job restoring my carpet, he gave me great tips to help it last longer. He also gave me great tips on refreshing the grout and tile in our bathroom.
I truly appreciate and respect that they use plant-based, non-toxic methods to clean. My house didn’t smell like “cleaning chemicals” when he was done.
Highly recommend, and Mr. Steam will be my go-to every year!
