We are not your usual maids. Whether you have your own laundry or need us to provide it for you we wash, clean, and sanitize, and fold all linen and return it back to its original area. We step in to act as your maids when you can't be there. We stock and fill all toiletry items. If your rental carry other amenities like coffee, tea, snacks, or other items we can fill those too.

We come with full housekeeping and house cleaning amenities. We offer additional house cleaning services such as Carpet Cleaning, Tile Cleaning, and Upholstery Cleaning. If your property has a lot of traffic we recommend getting these done on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Mike was able to work around my schedule and clean the carpets for my old apartment quickly and efficiently. They looked great and he provided me with a receipt--all services under $100 have to be paid in cash.

I had a party at my house last weekend with probably too many guests along with their bad kids and they absolutely tore my Carpet up! I had food sauce stains and wasted soda in multiple rooms.. A freind of mines recommended FIS to me after listening to me rant and i couldn't be more satisfied after receiving their services! They did a fantastic job with the clean up and the price was very reasonable! Professional company and great customer service! Will use again!
