I was not expecting much when I called to have my carpet cleaned. I figured I would have to pay to have it replaced if this did not work. The technician was friendly and professional and even gave me tips to keep it clean as much as possible afterwards. I would highly recommend Steam Pros to anyone that does not want to get ripped off out of their hard earned money. Outstanding service.
