Quality Control Report

Hendrick's quality control program is designed to assure quality construction. From start to finish, equipment, supplies and materials are carefully monitored to ensure compliance with standards, contract drawings and specifications. Hendrick conducts preconstruction meetings with all subcontractors prior to the start of work to confirm correct drawings and discuss schedule and issues that affect quality.

Excellent company!! Roger and his wife are really good people. Every employee I’ve interacted with there has been great. One that does stand out though is Sandra Smith. She’s very knowledgeable and always willing to help. One of the best construction companies in Charlotte, hands down.

Your general contractors are a joke. Every jobsite of yours I have been on, your lead men have been incompetent at best. Push any coordination between trades onto the trades themselves instead of handling their main job description. Not to mention the plans are about useless with as many discrepancies they have. Overall every experience with your company has been lower than sub par, I would never take a contract with Hendrick.
