It is with my deepest regret that I must give this company 1 star. I only give them one star because they completed the job however, they do not earn the other 4 because of the damage that they inflicted on my wall and the customer service after the job.
I was quoted $250 + parts for C&S Plumbing to come to my house and install a spigot in my garage. The water tank is already in the garage, so Jose (manager) said the job would not be hard. It was the lowest quote in the area, and I thank them for that. The two crew members that came to my house were very nice however, they caused extensive damage

The C&S team were very professional and friendly. They were able to install and fix new kitchen faucet and get water pressure set correctly without issue and much faster than expected. Very helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

I took on a full remodel and found C&S online. They were quick to come out and quick to send me an estimate. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly through every step of the process. It’s easy to become anxious as a homeowner when your house is getting ripped to the studs, but Jose was super patient and made sure all my questions were answered while everything was getting done exactly how it’s supposed to. Moving forward, I plan to use C&S for all of my plumbing needs!

Superb service. Came out same day on an icy, miserable afternoon when three other plumbers told me they would not because of road conditions. Fix was skillful and quick. Service was friendly, easy-going, and attentive. Rate was very reasonable, and accurate to the time spent. All around excellent experience. Feel like after 10 years in NWA, I finally found my plumber.

C&S was prompt and responsive despite sever winter weather that was hindering travel and affecting several customers in NWA. They came and worked late into the evening. They helped solve the problem and also offered tips for future care. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

We did a remodel this summer that involved two bathrooms, kitchen, and utility area. Jose and his assistants were amazing! He always arrived when he said he would, he was friendly, courteous, and above all he knew what he was doing. Even when we had to add to our original job plan he responded with a smile and gave us the help we needed. I would use this company again in a heartbeat, and would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.
