Nate and Jordan quickly found the source of a water leak and also solved a year long mystery of a shower issue that many other plumbers have gladly charged me expensive fees without solving the problem. They were honest and affordable. I will definitely use them again.

The morning after Thanksgiving we had a septic clog. We had 9 guests coming over for a Wedding. Panic!!! We called multiple plumbing companies and left messages fearing nobody will be open the day after Thanksgiving. Nate from Lusk was the first company to respond. They showed up, saved the day for a reasonable price. Nate communicated promptly and was professional. A couple companies did return our call but it was hours later or the following Monday. When, not if, we have another plumbing need we know who to call. The one that takes care of us and that's Ray Lusk plumbing.

The service and professionalism demonstrated by Nate was second to none. We had an issue with showers backing up after regular business hours and called Ray Lusk plumbing, within minutes, the service person was on their way. The issue was resolved quickly and neatly. These guys know what they are doing and the cost was very reasonable.

We had a small leak we knew about in an outdoor faucet, and an unusually high water bill, so I asked them to come and take a look. The folks were easy to reach on the phone, and booked me a visit easily (it was about a week out, since there was nothing urgent going on)

I called Ray Lusk plumbing because I read in my neighborhood app referral they were the people to call. Lusk sent Sean to give me an estimate and I was shocked I was given an almost $1000 estimate... it took him 30 minutes to write it up. The job I wanted done wouldn't have taken more than an hour or two at the most; so I was wondering if they even wanted my business. To say the least I am annoyed and upset that they wasted of my time.

We have had several excellent experiences with Ray Lusk. They were able to get out to our projects quicker and complete them for a more reasonable amount. We get multiple bids and they were the best choice in each category we were looking at. The workmanship is top notch and the experience was extremely professional and easy! Sean was wonderful! Our water heater broke/started leaking after hours and Sean walked me though how to turn everything off over the phone as soon as I called. Then, just a short while later he arrived and had our water heater replaced in no time! What a life saver. The price he quoted over the phone was very reasonable, especially considering the time and effort he put into it! Highly recommend.

Our water heater was leaking and destroying our wood floors. Our home warranty company was no help and told us to find our own plumber. Josh was here that afternoon to give an estimate and back early the next morning to do the installation. He was very nice and CLEAN!! We would use them again and would recommend.

I found our water heater leaking on 12/09 and called another plumbing company. Unfortunately, they didn't respond as to when they could be by so I called Ray Lusk Plumbing company on 12/12, and they arrived within a few hours & replaced the water heater, the stand, and upgraded the pipes to current code. I wanna give a shout-out to Tommy, he's wonderful! Very nice, professional, and prompt. He did not leave me a mess and explained everything very clearly. Tommy went above and beyond, and finished in about 2 hours. The male person who answered the phone was also very nice and informative
