Matt with PG Plumbing & Drain is FANTASTIC!! Polite, on time, GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND! Does great work!! We had a leak in our water yard line, and he was able to repair this for us WITHOUT breaking the bank! Charged us what he guesstimated when he first arrived! I called PG Plumbing and Drain this morning when I was informed that there was a leak in my pipes by the Prairie Grove Water Department. He was at my
house within an hour. He winterized my pipes, like I asked him to last minute, and found the leak and fixed it. He also said that he would come by the next week and check it to make sure everything was okay. He was very relaxed and professional, was extremely polite and the invoice that he gave me at the end was very reasonable for everything happening so fast this morning. I highly recommend his services for anyone else who needs help in the issue

This is Matt Smith from PG Plumbing and Drain. He brought water back to our house! We forgot to let the faucets drip, pipes froze, pressure regulator loudly popped off Sunday night. Matt had a bunch of calls when we called him Monday morning. He said “I’ll be there this evening if I can, if not first thing Tuesday morning.” And first thing this morning, he was here! He is so friendly, knowledgeable, and the cost was perfectly reasonable. We would not hesitate to call PG Plumbing and Drain again and enthusiastically recommend them!

Matt did a great job of fixing our clog and hooking up our water lines to the claw foot bathtub. We had the clog looked at by RotoRooter and they only got it working temporarily. Matt got it fixed correctly for us! The prices are very reasonable and he is always quick to respond to messages. Very nice and professional as well, definitely recommend!
