Came 8/23 and did assessment. Technician Jimmy told me and house owner it would take 3 weeks to complete. Came back on 9/7 and did test and found small gas leak after after ripping 6 holes in walls and ceiling. Was told they would be back with con-ed to have gas turned on. Weeks went by and we didn't hear from anyone from this company. We called numerous times, were given specific times as to when they were coming and they never showed and never called. I called making all sorts of promises to write this review and will contact the BBB next and miraculously I received a return call from Supervisor

I used VP’s plumbing for a renovation project that included re-plumbing the bathroom and kitchen. They did the work at a good price, the plumbers were friendly, and they stuck to their quote, but overall I would not recommend them due to several issues:
- when they replaced the plumbing for the shower the plumber forgot to crimp the connection going from the valve up to the shower head. When I was putting in the cement board I decided to stop and check for any leaks before closing up the wall. As soon as I turned the water on and directed it towards the shower head the water started spraying

They were hired by my contractor to handle the plumbing on our bathroom renovation. Right before they were supposed to finish the job which was install my second faucet and connect the drains underneath the sink they never showed up. I had to hire a new plumber who told me the work they did was all wrong under the sink. As you can see in the picture It will not work, the waste pipe needs to be lower. The tail piece that goes into the trap is already at the height of the drain. In order to drain and have the pipe waste work pipe needs to be lower. Any plumber can see that. When I showed them the

Debated whether this should be 2 or 3 stars. Went with 3 but suspect I’ve been generous give the comments below:
Good: the technician appeared to be competent and nice. He worked with me on what work he’d need to do vs. what can be done more effectively by me
Areas not so great and require improvement:
1) showed up 2 hours late without calling that he’d be late
2) we’re very cautious about people coming into our home and ask that service providers wear masks due to COVID. He didn’t have a mask, and then when I gave him one, he took it off or pulled it down too often for my comfort

Professional and on-time. Pedro diagnosed and resolved the problem with my radiator, clearly explained what was going on. The multiple reminders/confirmations are a little too much (texts, calls the day before and day of) but extra communication is way better than the opposite. Also the tech called on his way over which is always helpful and appreciated.
Prices are fair and estimates for potential future work were clear. Definitely will call them as future needs arise.

Called for an estimate, they came as scheduled , but never responded with an estimate. When I called a few days later, they said they’re working on it and someone would get back to me , no one ever called me back. I called a second time a couple of days
later, And again, I was told someone would get right back to me. Still, nobody has ever responded. So I wasted nearly two weeks thinking this was a professional company. If they didn’t want the job, they could have said they were not interested, but instead, chose to give me the brush off and making me think they were interested in the job

I explained that I wanted advice from him on replacing my toilet. When he came he explained that it doesn’t need to be replaced. He gave me advice to fix it on my own. He also explained that the toilet was installed below the level of the tiling. So to replace it, I would also need new floor tiling. I figure The best time to replace the toilet would be a full bathroom gut and renovation. Thanks so much Art.
