Worst customer service of any company i have ever dealt with. Female office worker would rather argue on the phone when asked to email a copy of a bill, and 4 times in one week had to have a plumber over for separate problems 2 out of the 4 were corrected the other two were an obvious lack of knowledge or training. The technician was a nice guy but nice doesn't fix the problem or adjust the gross amount that they charged to NOT fix the problem. One charge however was reversed when I explained that local plumber just had to change the filter for the oil burner to correct the problem. Will never

My experience was not good. Unfortunately, the quality of installation did not hold up as promised and we have suffered because of it.
This is my first time with a construction related job gone bad. Although, John Hobby Plumbers Inc. chooses to deflect blame by pointing fingers at other contractors, at the end of the day "a man is only as good as his word."
