Katonah Plumbing & Heating replaced a gas water heater and three toilets for us and we couldn’t have been happier with their work. Mike and Bobby were kind, courteous and diligent, and their work was flawless. They were also highly responsive and accommodative of all our questions and asks throughout the process. Bobby was wonderful. He swapped out our hot water heater and was completely professional and friendly. He took a few minutes to bond with my puppy, who was at first very nervous to have a stranger in her home, and he took the time to help me bring in a huge package that was delivered while he was leaving. Customer service at it's finest. Katonah Plumbing has a customer for life.

Sadly, the people at Katonah Plumbing & Heating are like family to me. Our house was built 40+ years ago, and we moved here 27 years ago. Everything that could have deteriorated has deteriorated — twice. Whenever that happens, I call my old pals at KP&H, and they send someone over quickly. Always courteous and compassionate, as well as technically competent, their staff gets the job done while keeping my misery to the bare minimum. The owner, Sal, is a can-do guy, and when things get really ugly, he does his level best to talk me off the roof. You’d be making a huge mistake to go to anyone

We had a kitchen remodeled 2yrs ago. Kid who worked there was rude. We needed faucet installed, drain for sink and dishwasher hooked up, well drain in sink not flush, level and centered, plumbers putty very visible. Drain from dishwashers hose too long, and not installed according to GE instructions which kid didn't look at. I just noticed a leak under the sink from their work. Either fix it myself or call a real plumber like Robert Spano.

I have a rental home in Katonah. My tenants reported a burst pipe and sent me photos of said pipe. I called Katonah Plumbing and heating and they responded promptly. HOWEVER they apparently stayed for 5 hours repairing the said pipe and Billed me for $1100...NEVER once in that time calling me (in this day of cell phones) to tell me of additional problems and give me the oppertunity to OKAY additional work.I will never use them again Beware!!
