Red door homes has been amazing to work with! Sondra on their sales team is an angel! So nice and patient! Our construction manager, Ed, has been amazing and transparent with everything going on during these crazy times. The owner, Tug, is super fun to work with and has made the process great to go through. Can’t wait to get through the entire process, and move onto our dream home!

Think twice before going to this builder. I made the mistake of going to them to build a house for me and I ended up with a terrible house with a lot of issues. They are either not good at their job or they just don't care. They have no experience and no talent and will end up ruining you financially like they did to me. I had a half acre piece of land with a ditch passing through it and I did not have any experience with building houses so I trusted them and gave them my business and they built my house right next to the ditch with only few feet of distance and this has been scaring all buyers

Do not be fooled by their lower prices because, at first, their prices seem reasonable but once the house is fully constructed, they actually overcharge you twice as much compared to other contractors. I'm currently trying to sell the house they built for me and I'm bound to lose at least 80k on it. Back when I was trying to sign a contract with Red Door, they had no reviews so I had no idea what I was signing into.

So many great things to say about this company. We never thought we'd be able to afford a new construction home, but Red Door Homes made that dream come true.
Cami, Tug, and Daniel did a wonderful job explaining the process and breaking down the costs of the building process. They helped us find our lot, and even helped us secure a loan with one of the few lenders in the country that offer a USDA construction loan.
Once they broke ground the process went quick. Clyde did a great job overseeing our project. Even with delays due to Covid, he was able to make sure it was done in a timely fasion
