I called SEVERAL times with either no answer or a completely unprofessional answer of them saying they would call back to schedule or set up times that they would blow off. Eventually went somewhere else.

I called Accuflo at the referral of a friend and wasn't too impressed. Our AC pooped out in the middle of July, and we completely understand how many other unfortunate Spokane residents suffered through the same thing so we were really understanding of the fact that it would be a few days before before someone could come out and take a look at it. My husband is who dealt with the technician who came out and he was supposedly nice enough, gave us a quote for fixing the unit vs. replacing it, which was great, the price was awesome!
