The owner bid the job, we signed a contract for specific services, the workers who did the work were great but decided that significantly less than was bid needed to be done. Subsequently, the owner still wanted to be paid the full amount despite the contract work not being done. He was rude and disrespectful and we would never work with him again. Ultimately, an agreement was reached, but still far above an amount equal to the amount of work performed.

Stubborn roof issue and needed help, thank u for the help Tony and company. Guys came out on Monday and helped me get situated, put a brand new roof on my home for 20% less than what the other guys were quoting me. I live near El Dorado Hills with beautiful view and home values going up I wanted to ensure the new roof was going to help increase home values!

Accepted an estimate for roof repair at our home and scheduled an appointment for August 27. They wanted an appointment for August 23, but we wanted to be present during tear off and were not available on Aug 23 so we declined that appointment. They showed up on the morning of the 23rd anyhow and are about to climb up on to the roof when I caught them and remind them we didn't want them at our house to start work that day. The owner then called us, accused us of "screwing him over" by not allowing him to proceed with the work outside of the agreed upon schedule, attempted to manipulate us into
