Nor-Cal roofing has been super responsive, reliable, and communicative as we looked for a roofing company. They were forthcoming about what they could and could not do, including discussions of reusing our older roofing tiles that are discontinued, what options we had outside of reuse, and making recommendations for best next steps. Nor-Cal just finished putting a new roof on our 2200 sq ft home. I've never had a more favorable experience with any business, ever. I must say that 5-stars is not enough for Nor-Cal. Project Manager Joe did the estimate along with a clear explanation of our options including pros and cons. His thorough knowledge of the roofing trade enabled him to answer our questions with clarity. He explained that any additional problems discovered under the old roofing would be addressed at pre-quoted rates, and would proceed only with our written authorization. I got 3 estimates for a tile roof repair in Rancho Murieta. Joe's was the lowest by $2000 and was 1/2 the price of Atlantis. The work was done exactly when and how it was supposed to be. The final price was the estimated price to the penny. One worker from his crew of 4 even insisted that I try one of his wife's burritos, which turned out to be be great, just like their work!
