I have to say I was quite pleasantly surprised at this Company. Rick was very professional and friendly. He was on time with a smile on his face. What really amazed me, is that he actually researched my property and was able to come prepared for what he might have had to deal with. I mean, not many companies actually do their homework and come prepared. Usually its a waiting game, oh you need this.... and oh you need that.... and its going to take 2 weeks to get your part.... blah, blah, blah... Not with Yancey Roofing.
