I can truly say that rain o way has done an absoloute incredible job on my house. I had some barge rafters replaced and all new seamless rain gutters. The owner Mike really goes out of his way to make sure everything is right and perfect when the job is being performed. He is a contractor who actually cares. I was so happy with my new roof in 2015 that I've since hired Mike's crew to replace the roof at a rental property in 2016, and repair the roof at another rental in 2020.
His crew kept a safe & tidy job site. Mike handled all the permits and City inspections. He coordinated with the HVAC sub on my roof that I was replacing the roof heating unit at the same time.

Great company to do business with! Family owned husband and wife team who truly care about their clients! I had a roof leak and they had a guy out the same day to stop the leak and get me through the storm. Once the weather cleared they were back to do a permanent repair. I will recommend them to anyone who's in the need of roofing!

I would not use this company. I was referred to Rain O Way through a friend. He said the husband-wife duo was his neighbor and they'd fixed his roof as well as sever others in the neighborhood. Great, I thought. I called and spoke to the wife. She said her husband would get right back to me by email. When I didn't hear back, I emailed them again. The wife said they'd get back to me that day. When I didn't hear back I emailed them again two days later and heard nothing, ever.
