I have had service from them for over 4 years. They have replaced 6 full air conditioning units at various office and home locations, including helping me troubleshoot a new construction home done by the builder. They have given fair pricing, even showing sympathy when I had to replace 4 office units. I have referred them to others with good reports back. They have and will continue to be my go to air conditioning experts including design of ductwork. They fit the description of a trusted expert that we can be comfortable dealing with.

My first experience with them was in the summer of 2015. My old air conditioner finally failed. After reaching out to other companies and getting high quotes, I reached out to Mid Point. They sent out Tony who gave us a reasonable quote and had the new system installed the next day. The other day we had an issue with the system, they came right out. Tony explained everything was under warranty and had the faulty part replaced in under an hour. Top notch service, not salesmen trying to turn a quick buck. They are professionals whose true goal is your comfort and excellence in service.

This place will rip you off! I have a rental in Punta Gorda, The A/C unit went out. I called these guys and Tony showed up. He sounded honest and told me all this stuff was wrong. I believed him! Don't you believe him! In the past 15 months I have paid 400.00 in repair bills. He uses the cheapest products and charges the most.

A terrible day was made so much better by Midpoint Cooling. Our AC went out in our summer home while relatives were staying there. Not to mention they were having people over. Midpoint got there within the hour and had everything up and running again before anyone broke a sweat. I can't thank them enough.
