I have used RS a couple of times for AC issues - the 1st time our condenser went out and he had it replaced a few days later and working great. The next time we were selling our house, this time we had water coming from 2nd condensation line, they were able to clear out blockage on main line in attic and it was very inexpensive - will definitely use again

Once again, Ranjeet saved the day! Our AC went out just before the BIG heatwave in mid June. Ranjeet and Michael had it up and running quickly. Ranjeet even stopped to check it at 9:30 pm after a very long day.
We've used RS since 2018. We have annual maintenance before the hot weather hits, and because he serviced our AC in April, Ranjeet even gave us a discount.
We are thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, prompt response time, and quality of the work.
Wouldn't go anywhere else ....10 stars!!!

Ranjeet consistently provides professional and honest work. He is prompt in responding to calls and text messaging. Pricing is fair, clearly explains the problem, and he takes pride in his work. But more importantly, he has empathy for his costumers! My AC stopped working in the middle of a triple digits Fresno summer day. He was out in half an hour to diagnose the issue, parts store was already closed but he returned the next morning and got everything up and running! I highly recommend contacting Ranjeet if you have any heating or cooling needs.

Never got back to me on the estimate after saying they will and also no reply after sending an email today. Seems to have a pattern of not reponding. Not good for a 5 star company. 1-22-20 update reply: 5 star companies actually get back to people when they say they will and let them know for any delays, they dont keep people guessing and 5 star companies dont make excuses. A simple email or text would have done just fine and no one is too busy to do that.

He was very good at what he does and very good at explaining what went wrong. He is very fair on his pricing. He only took 24 hours to get out and other companies would have took a week. I love helping companies out that dont try to rip people off.
