I called two companies on Saturday to help with my a/c repair. One couldn't get here until Monday, the other, AC Cycle got here in 15 minutes. Moe was the most professional and polite service person I've ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and corrected some wiring issues incorrectly done by the builder. He also made some adjustments to our system for better performance. I can't say enough good things about this company. If you live in the Hampstead, NC please call them first. Very Satisfied Customer!

Jason and Moe were wonderful thru the process. One call and Moe was here within 2 hours. Came out after an already long day at 7pm. Others could of said we schedule you tomorrow. Explained what was needed and did full check to be sure the compositor was the only issue. Great Friendly Service. I hope I don’t need them again but if I do I know they will be here. Highly recommend AC Cycle every time.

I was very impressed how quickly and on time the same day you responded to my call when my AC system failed. Then I was even more impressed with your knowledge, testing equipment, customer service and that you identified the problem as being a motor capacitor in the cooling unit, had a replacement part in your truck and had it all fixed in less than a hour. I will certainly be calling you again as needed and recommending you to my neighbors.

For Sure, Jason owns the best AC company in town. He is quick, knows what he is doing and very fair in expense. He never makes you spend more money than it is needed to fix your AC. But, his strongest value is his great customer service. We are super happy to use his service to fix our AC. He saved us a lot of money. Super professional and highly recommended!
