It had been a few years since we used John's service but I still had his card and decided to give him a call. He remembered exactly who we were, what we had done, and was super friendly with our dog. He does a great job and was in and out without any issues. I would recommend him to any of my friends for sure!

Our cleaner was John Westfall. He was super efficient. Got our living room, dining room, and hallways done quickly. All while informing us of what to do when he was done. Our carpets were dry in no time. He was a great guy to talk to as well. Had excellent customer service skills, and sense of humor. Would definitely have him back.

John is incredibly responsive and does a great job. I just moved into an apartment in Greenwood and had him clean the carpets in the two bedrooms. I messaged him late Sunday night, he responded Monday morning, and did the job Tuesday morning. He's also very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I would recommend him to a friend, or anyone needing their carpets cleaned.

John does excellent work! My carpet looks and is so clean! He extracts the dirt out and away to his service truck. He has years of experience and really knows what he's doing.. He answers all my questions. He's also very friendly and kind. He lets you know in advance when he will arrive. I highly recommend him.
