Local Lawn Care & Landscaping was founded in 2011 by Joseph and Jess. Joseph "Joe" is an active part of every aspect of the business, including pushing a mower himself. Joe began by cutting grass for neighbors and other members of his local community. After seeing the potential in the lawn services industry Joe began passing out flyers & pushing his mower down the street to each customer's house.
Ask about our referral program and how you can receive discounts off of your maintenance and lawn services. The lawn is maintained at a height of 3-4 weekly. Lawn Maintenance is completed on the same day each week, weather permitting. We use mulching blades on all of our mowers which puts all of the nutrients from the clippings back into your grass.
Contains Dithiopyr to prevent crabgrass and many other broadleaf weeds. With the amount of potassium in this product you also help to develop a strong, disease resistant turf that will remain sturdy throughout the summer. Contains MERIT insecticide, an insecticide that controls many root-feeding insects.
Local Lawn Care & Landscaping offers both seasonal and "per push" snow contracts for commercial clients. We provide high quality snow and ice management services that can be tailored to the needs of the individual property. Quality of workmanship is top-drawer. Responsive to requirements that are outside of contract with reasonable change-order costs. Joe is one of the most knowledgeable in the area and Ms. Dee in the office is like a well-machined gear, keeping it all moving!

Joe loves what he does and it shows. From the initial estimate he was really excited about my hardscaping/landscaping project and provided great insights. His prices were fair compared to other contractors and his engagement into my project never waned. I pushed him to source specialty products that he did not currently have access to and he welcomed it (RGB landscape lights... highly recommend it!). Even 2 months out from final payment he promptly answers my questions and touches up any issues to make sure I am happy. His crew led by Carlos was really great as well. I have spoken with both Joe and Dee. Both are very professional and very helpful. We had a lot of damage to our lawn done by a previous company. Joe came out, examined everything, took pictures, and gave us recommendations. They applied a fall weed and feed and later an insecticide. Our lawn has had a dramatic change for the better with just these two applications. They are very good with lawn mowing services as well, very reasonable. We still have work to do on the yard, but Joe and his team are diligently working with us to get the best outcome. Dee is very good about getting quotes out quickly

LLC & Landscaping did a great job on our landscaping project. They listened to what we wanted/needed and came up with a wonderful design for our backyard. When any issues or changes came up, they were willing to make it work. They were on time, worked hard to finish in a timely manner, and wanted to make sure we were happy when the job was completed. They also do a wonderful job mowing our lawn weekly now and do everything for us. We can tell the guys that do the cutting take pride in their work. Overall, this company is great to work with and we will continue to be a client of theirs. Communication

We recently had our patio redone with Local Lawn Care & Landscaping Design side and had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process. Joe was very professional from the project’s initial concept to completion. We provide Joe an initial drawing of the type of patio we wanted, and in 24 hours he had a 3-D rendering, including type of materials he’d use, how the patio installation would occur, and detailed cost of project.
He is a very detail-oriented person and would make several visits to make sure the project is going as planned. He thinks outside the box, comes up with unique design

I actually ended up buying the house that a 1 star reviewer owned. She was complaining about the gravel LLC installed around the pool, but I think it looks great haha.
LLC has done a great job mowing my lawn for the past couple years, for a great price, and the owner is always very responsive if I have any issues.
I'm only knocking off one star because sometimes the guys can be overzealous, chopping down plants that aren't weeds. But if you send pics to the owner, he'll warn them not to touch those plants on future visits.

Joe Colonero and his Team did a fantastic job with all the spring clean up, new landscaping, mulch, patio power wash and sealing in the front and back. Joe is very responsive, helpful and fair and his Team is very professional and talented. I have used LLC&L for the past two years and highly recommend them. I love all the work they did and I will not use anyone else!

Hired Joe's crew to clean up a much overgrown front yard. Every tree was covered in ivy, there were dead/damaged trees to remove and the side of our house looked like a forest of weeds! They were professional and very hardworking. Not sure about these other reviews but this is not them, and employees who cannot properly spell should not even try reviewing. All the guys we meet last week were so nice and loved working for the company. I believe it was Luis and Marco.
The crew arrived at 8:30 am and were done by 3:30, even after having to wait out a passing thunderstorm. I was in utter amazement
