Perched on a picturesque knoll in Larkspur, Colorado is the primary residence on the Tazi Ranch property. The owners and our design team have given attention to every detail, and it shows. Strip Shingles are the original and the most basic of roofing shingles available in the industry. Strip Shingles are denoted by the fact that they are single layered roofing shingles that are generally designed to look like slate. Tiley Roofing really came through for me! I was in the process of selling my house, and within 2 weeks of closing, the buyer demanded a 5 year certification on the roof. I had used Tiley Roofing once before and was happy with them, so I phoned them. There was a little work that needed done on the roof before they could certify it, and I was on a strict deadline. They understood this and scheduled the estimator the next day. Even though the company was busy at the time, they were able to get the job done in time for me.

Westminster CO. --Tiley Roofing is perhaps the most professional, reasonably priced and trustworthy company in Denver. They are unsurpassed in technical knowledge and range of expertise. They have always performed the best jobs on our home's concrete tile roof and commercial properties over the years. They do a great job finding tiles to match and harvest sections of roof to create a flawless look. Their prices are very very reasonable and you can count on utter professionalism and capability. I've interviewed other roofers - but Tiley simply could not be beat on price and workmanship.

Tiley did the new roofs on my house and barn plus new gutters on my house. My experience was excellent every step of the way from Andy who handled the estimates and roofing selections to Mike who handled the payment and warranty transactions with me and my insurance company. Thanks to staff for an excellent job in the technical work and the cleanup. They even placed the ladders for the county inspectors - never heard of that before! Thanks also to Zach, John, Alana and others whose names I probably didn't catch who kept me informed through the process. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience working with Tiley Roofing. We had a need for a unique stainless steel exhaust hood that no one else in Denver wanted to even attempt. Working with Connor, he came up with a great plan, when we ran into some hiccups he was quick to contact me and communicate the issues until we finally came to a final solution that turned out great.
Working with Connor and Tiley on this tough project ensures I will use them again in the future...hopefully for something actually involving roofs!

The Tiley Roofing Team was incredible through a long, frustrating process of getting a leak in my kitchen resolved. The origin of leak was tricky, and required multiple visits to totally resolve, but Jon & Beto were relentless in helping me get to the bottom of the leak. They took the time to explain what was going on, scheduled me as soon as possible & were courteous to my tenants every time they needed access inside the unit. Highly recommended: A+

We have hired Tiley for the 2nd time now. First they re-flashed our chimney and covered our vents to prevent squirrel damage, and this time they sealed all the mitered joints in our guttering. Excellent, professional front office personnel and great techs. You will not be disappointed. Customer service here is just what you hope it will be!

As the next door neighbor of the customers having their roof replaced, I was hoping for a better experience. Here's what happened with our neighbor's project:
- A member of the roofing team catcalled my pregnant wife from the roof top when she was in our front yard.
- We received no direct contact about schedules, crews being in our yard, or clean up of materials and debris falling against our house. I'm told that a flyer was left on our porch somewhere, but I'm sure we threw it away like we do with every other ad that realtors/plumbers/etc leave tucked into our door handle

Avoid at all costs!
It's been 10 years since they installed my roof. I selected them at the time for being a good price and they were on a referral list I use (they are no longer on that list) The problems didn't show up until just after the 5 year workmanship warranty was up. They omitted drip-edge from the entire roof, which will now cost thousands to repair all of the leaks and rot caused by this. The water damage got into the walls and destroyed a couple windows as well.
They used a 5 year ridge cap, used the wrong nails for the ridge vent, which caused the entire ridge cap to fail

Due to a large hailstorm we had quite a lot of repair work needed on the exterior of our home. It involved working with a number of different contractors. Tiley was, hands down, the best! From our initial call through to completion they were responsive, honest, straight forward and communicated extremely well. A full roof replacement is challenging and they made it go smoothly. We would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Tiley Roofing came out and gave us an estimate to repair our tile roof. The quote and the price we paid to have the work completed were exactly the same. Prompt were there when promised did the work have had no issues with the work they did. What else can you ask for? Local ownership not a fly by night company that may run off with your check and not complete the work. This company is exactly what you are looking for

Horrible experience.
They ordered the wrong shingle and only because I was home when it was delivered was this error caught. On sight guy assured me it was the correct shingle. I had the call the manufacturer and have them email me to prove it was not.
Then, with the house sitting in underlayment only waiting for new shingles, rain was forecast. I tried three times via phone, text and email to get Tiley Roofing to come out before it rained to double check the under layment. They did not.
Roof leaked during the rain storm. Caused over $6,000 damage to my house. Kirk Tiley (the owner)
