I cannot recommend this company enough. They were incredibly helpful, professional and considerate. They went above and beyond in replacing our roof. They also finished replacing our entire roof in a day and a half. The crew was very respectful and considerate when working on our home.

We had some warranty issues with our roof tiles and AVI was wonderful. Completely walked me through the entire process to submit for warranty eval and replacement They showed up on time and when something changed in their schedule, always called. They were great.

The company was fast and efficient at replacing my roof. However I did notice a lot of debris left on the roof like extra nails and and shingle cuttings left on the roof. A little more attention to this would have been appreciated. They were very easy to deal with at replacing my roof because of defective shingles.

AVI is currently working on a big community project in The Pines at Castle Rock apartment community.
Let me tell you first off that they leave their debris everywhere and don’t clean it up after each day of working. Nails pointing up from the ground everywhere where people take their dogs out, shingles just tossed into bushes. It’s disgusting that they’re treating our community like their trash can.
I took video of walking all around the community and sent it to the property management so they know what they’re paying for and the damage they’re causing to our community. I wonder if

I am so impressed with AVI and their honorable follow-up. I have a Lennar home, that was past their builders warranty, when we had a small leak coming from the vent in our bathroom. I was told I needed to contact the roofing company directly, which I felt was going to be a pain in the butt; BUT to my happy surprise, they were awesome!! They came out right away and fixed the leak, and they came back and fixed the small amount of drywall damage left by the leak as well.
