Jason responded quickly and professionally to my call. He came out and inspected what I thought was a very slow leak (small water stain on ceiling, no actual dripping), and ended up recommending I just keep an eye on it, take pictures and call him again if it changes over time. I appreciated that he did not try to up-sell me into unnecessarily removing parts of the roof to take a deeper look - and thus unnecessary charges at this time! A different company may have tried to do this, just to make a quick buck, but Jason provided honest, free, and prudent advice and walked away. He was professional

I needed a roof replaced on relatively short notice in preparation to sell my father-in-law's house. The roof, including the wood decking under the shingles, was in BAD shape. I met with three roofers but Jason of Big Creek Roofing stood out above the other two for his personal approach and professionalism. He met with our insurance claim agent and me during the inspection. The whole process, from insurance inspection, to roof install, to city code inspection went smoothly and quickly. The quality of the job is everything I could have hoped for and more. I am very impressed.

We had an insurance claim for a hail damaged roof and used Big Creek for the work. The whole process - from initial assessment through meeting with our insurance adjuster to the actual roof replacement - was completed in a professional and timely manner. All permits and paperwork were efficiently handled by Big Creek and we were kept apprised on all aspects of the process. A small amount of damage occurred during the replacement and it was handled seamlessly and to our complete satisfaction - We are pleased with the service and quality of the work done my Big Creek.
