Property managers are constantly changing schedules to meet heavy demand in the highest population density in San Francisco. One Stop Maintenance is very flexible to the meet that demand. Whether waxing floors, windows, general household cleaning, outside high pressure cleaning the results speak for themselves. I recommend the service to anyone who needs to get result from their cleaning and maintenance provider.

Their service is more comprehensive than others I have used and the price is fair. The owner is very responsive and provided a fast turnaround for us even though it was last minute. Highly recommend!

John (the Owner) was absolutely fantastic - he responded immediately to my inquiry, was flexible in setting a time that worked for me, charged a reasonable rate, and did a fabulous job cleaning our very dirty awning!! I would recommend One Stop any time and will definitely be using them again in the future.

We have used One Stop Maintenance to clean our residential and commercial properties in Mill Valley and San Rafael for the last 8 years. John (Owner) and his team are professional, thorough, timely and do a great job. John personally goes that extra step to make sure everything is done correctly the first time. One Stop Maintenance provides janitorial & cleaning services for 3 of my commercial buildings in San Rafael and 1 office building in San Francisco. Their prices are low and service is great, I never have issues with the company or the employes. John is very responsive and always answers his phone. When I need and extra pressure wash on the sidewalk, John or his employees are there within the hour. I have dealt with many cleaning services in my area, but One Stop and John are top notch!
