Best company ever! I will never use another company again for my AC/heating needs. This is by far hands-down the best company I’ve ever worked with as they’re honest and don’t try to upsell you on anything. I normally don’t leave reviews on companies but this company deserves others to know just how great they are. Beyond excellent customer service. Honest feedback on health of my unit. Did not try to sell me parts that are not needed, unlike other company that "diagnosed" my AC. Same day service, they fit me in since the temp in the house was 84 and climbing.
Knowledgeable and provided me with simple solutions to maximize my units efficiency that I was not doing.
Highly recommend the company. I am so impressed with the honesty and detailed service...this is my AC company from now on.

I would highly recommend Tru Comfort Heating & Cooling. Drew was out with in 15 minutes of our call as was the owner Brad to help restore our AC. They were both informative and productive. They had our AC back up and running in less than an hour. We will definitely be using them for all heating and AC in the future.

Drew did an amazingly thorough and professional job. He troubleshot my AC system, while very expertly explaining each step in the process. He diagnosed the problems and patiently laid out the options with his recommendations. I was very impressed and plan on giving Tru Comfort all my future AC business. While having AC problems in the middle of the summer (and of course on the weekend) is never a fun time, Drew was very friendly and pleasant and made it as good an experience as it possibly could have been! The price seemed very reasonable as well.

I called several companies local to Anthem to inquire about servicing our AC units. I had actually made an appointment with one company but Brad from Tru Comfort called me back and I was so impressed with his professional demeanor and comprehensive answers to my questions that I decided to cancel the other appointment and give Tru Comfort a try.
