We had a patio installed several months ago and was very pleased with the work and final result. About 2 months ago a leak developed and we have not been able to get anyone here to repair. Excuse after excuse as to why they don’t show up to fix the leak. Well, now another leak has developed!
He was happy to take our money but not to repair the mistakes.
Again, I loved the patio but the owner does not stand by his work.
Update: The 1st leak developed before hurricane Laura. The 2nd leak developed after hurricane Delta. There were MANY days that the sun was shining and no rain. Another leak

Rosco (nickname) was the installer. He was very careful and gave me his personal number to call if I had any issues. There were no leaks and the cover came out beautiful. Very pleasant young family man with a great attitude. Ask for Rosco.
