Harlan arrived early, diagnosed the problem with my HVAC system and ordered the needed part. The part was installed the next day and we now have heat and the system is working great. Harlan was a super nice young man and did a great job explaining what he was testing and in explaining the needed repair. Will definitely use Super Service again.

Super Service Did such an amazing job installing my unit, from the office staff to the techs they were simply amazing, kind, and helpful. The tech took time to answer any and all of my questions and the office staff were so kind and would keep me updated. Their service was SUPER! Nothing but good things to say, and I look forward to having them when it gets colder to do annual furnace/heater maintenance!

The name says it all, this company really does provide super service! I've used them for 2 units and have been very happy with their work.
My units broke down during the hottest days this summer and Don, Tricia and their team were so easy to work with, very knowledgable and made sure that I understood the problems with the A/C's as well as the necessary repairs.
This is a company that operates with integrity and honesty and I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I contacted Super Service Heating and Cooling because my regular company which serviced me twice a year did not inform me that my evaporator coil needed replacement when it was still in guarantee. They waited until it was three months over the guarantee then wanted $3,600.00 to replace it. I called Super Service which had a 5 star reputation and they gave me a much lower estimate. Their tech Jerome came on time and did a great job installing the unit. I highly recommend this company.

Super Service Cooling & Heating has exceptional customer service! I’ve used them to fix both my upstairs and downstairs air conditioning units.
Both of my air conditioners stopped working right in the middle of a heat advisory with temperatures soaring above 108 degrees. Tricia was so helpful in providing us with an appointment. Their office was extremely busy during that time, but she made sure to schedule us as soon as possible. She was courteous and was very easy to communicate with.

After getting quotes from four different companies to replace my condenser and furnace, I decided on Super Service Cooling and Heating, and so far I am happy with that decision. Tricia supplied me with multiple quotes for different models and was pleasant to work with. Service techs were on time and super professional and courteous. They put on their booties each time they entered the house and cleaned up after themselves. After they finished the job and left, Alex came to clean up the trim on the attic access and repainted everything. It looks better than it did before.This company left no trace

Great company!!! Got appt next day, Jerome was polite and very professional. He explained everything in detail as to my air conditioner issue and fixed it quickly. Company is lucky to have him.
