This company is awesome!! Both heaters and AC units in our house were getting older and we knew we would have to replace them soon because they were installed in 2007. We had a Freon leak and originally called a big box company to come out and look at it. When the told me it was over $900 just for Freon + diag for the leak and other charges I abruptly asked them to leave. I then called a company that I believe only had 1 employee but only charged $220 to recharge. He informed me I need a condenser so I asked him to email a quote to fix it. I waited for this about a week and after calling twice

I used Quality Star Services for both HVAC/duct/vent installation. The communication from the office via phone, email, and text kept me up-to-ate on the install and appointments. Aaron Woodhouse was he technician and he was prompt to install my system. Very pleased with the service and work performed. I recommend this business for these services.

Quality Star Service has always been dependable and professional. They always do a great job. I've used them back when their Dad owned the business. They are fair, honest and a good family business. They were recommended to me buy a coworker who could only say great things about them. My appointment today was for cleaning my AC filters outside from the inside out just to maintain my AC unit. They also did some maintenance inside as my AC pipes started to leak over the weekend right before my appointment. Ramon is a super nice guy and always does great work. I recommend them to everyone I know.

We just had our A/C tune up by Ramon, who did a fantastic job! We are loyal customers of Quality Star Services, everyone there is amazing! Aaron and Ramon were our heroes a few years ago when our A/C died on us. We had been without A/C for a week, when summer temperatures were high, there were heat advisories and the weather app said it felt like 107 outside. I had had a horrible experience with another company who didn’t follow through on their promises and tried to take advantage of our situation. Then we were referred by a friend to Quality Star Services (ALL Air at the time). They were wonderful

HONEST AND TRANSPARENT-Aaron and Ramon went beyond their company name to make sure our family was kept comfortable until our installment was completed. They are both hard working and provide excellent service. They also made sure we were pleased with their work before leaving. Pricing for our unit was up front and there was no hidden cost.
