Just want to let you know that I had my air conditioner go out and was having trouble finding something I can afford I live off of Social Security and couple other paperwork check me out but couldn't help me and a guy from cranes so may I used one at a price I could do and in that same day put it in the men that worked on my air conditioner at my house work excellent men there are welcome at my house anytime they were very good efficient throw cleaned up well and a Gentleman that made the transaction was very good and I went in and told him how much I appreciated him because I really do two weeks

Had them give a quote on a new house mini-split install, said there was going to be a charge to come out. No problem, time is money. The crew that showed said it was impossible to install the way I wanted, gave a quote and were on their way. Called Ingrams Water & Air out of Paducah, said everything I wanted was doable and done all the time. Bought it and installed it myself, saved $3000. Works great. Bottom line is, the guy that gave me the quote is lazy.

This company will take advantage of you if they have the chance. I understand that they have there service charges but when they charged me $60 for a $8 part will make me never use this company again. I am a technician myself and replaced this exact part in the past. Unfortunately, I was gone and crane took advantage of my wife. I will never use them again.
