Both Kyle and Josh we’re on time, polite, hard workers that cared about the appearance of their work. I worked in the trades before I retired and so I feel I am a good judge of quality work. The unit they installed was a good quality unit and the piping they did was spot on. When they left they cleaned up very well and even locked up for me. I couldn’t ask for a better team to install my tankless.

My A/C quit on me last week. I called Voss Thursday late afternoon and they were able to have a technician at my home bright and early the very next morning. The technician was very knowledgeable and very polite. He fixed the problem promptly and at an affordable price. He even cleaned off my unit outside. I highly recommend Voss and I will trust them again in the future.

UPDATE: Voss came about 9:30 this AM. Could not fix it, coming back. Even with gas off, windows open - gas smell is too strong to stay downstairs in the main part of the house.
The owner felt our review was unfair, and even though they offer 24/7 and emergency service, and we have a service/maintenance contract with them - this didn't fall on their shoulders. We called FS, they advised us to call who manages our 2 HVAC systems (Voss) so that is what we did.

TC did a thorough job checking the air conditioning unit, inside and out, so that it would be ready for summer. He checked the electricals as well as all the functioning parts, described completely possible services I could have with Voss, and let me know what might need repair in the next year.
I was very satisfied.
In late October 2016 Bob C did a great job inspecting the furnace to prepare for the winter. He replaced the odor block, said that I did not need a new filter, and pronounced everything in good shape. He was prompt, efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied.
