Gary started his career under his Father when he was old enough to hold a hammer. We have well over 33 years of experience in the field and extensive knowledge in all aspects and phases of the construction industry.
After Gary completed his Carpentry Apprenticeship he went on to work with the region's most respected builder, who instilled in him that Quality should come second to none. His clients have ranged from upscale businesses such as the Gucci Stores, to Disney's California Adventure theme park, to the residential home owner next door.

Our general contractor, Gary Cotton, started his career in Tenant Improvements in Houston Texas, 35 years ago. The largest bulk of Gary's experience is in Tenant Improvements. Therefore, Tenant Improvements will always be a significant part of our business. Now Gary Cotton Construction and Painting is located in Orange County.
