Juan abandoned our renovation without notice, job started in March 2021, 8 months later Juan never completed the job. Do not pay in advance, this contractor will disappear for weeks without notice. We are left a junky kitchen during thanksgiving without explanation.

Quality Work At A Fair Cost

Our 40 year old house had settled and caused some minor cracking in the ceilings and walls of two rooms.

Texas Innovative Services was highly recommended by a friend so we contacted them and scheduled a meeting to inspect the damaged areas and provide us a cost estimate.

The cost estimate was competitive with others that we received and we were impressed with Juan's knowledge of the work we needed done.

TIS did an excellent job from start to finish. Not only did they repair the recent damage but they corrected the sheetrock errors that were made when our house was built. The ceiling and walls looked much better than they did when originally done... excellent workmanship. The new texturing matched the previous texturing perfectly on both the ceiling and walls... truly high quality work.

And in addition.... The workers were careful to minimize the mess and disruption in the rooms the work was being done by taking the time to properly cover the furniture/floors and carefully clean up at the end of each day.

I had this company to clean up some work from a previous contractor. They did a wonderful job refinished several Built-in cabinets, drywall wall and paint. Juan headed the crew they were very punctual and professional. I am exceptionally happy with the work they got it right the 1st time

I cant praise TIS for they're dedication for perfection. I recently had my front door re surfaced and let me tell yall Juan went the extra mile to make sure my door came out perfect. While I probably wouldn't have noticed imperfections on the door after sanding he had to paint strip small corners where the sand paper could not get to. I'm sure it was an extra annoying step he didnt plan to do but still went ahead to did it because he said "I know it would be there". I also had my back door and frame replaced the same day. These are good and honest people that take pride in their craft.

To start with, owner Juan gave a very professional and accurate estimate. We had several items that needed repair including drywall repair, painting and painting touch up and tile work. The work they did was excellent and I highly recommend them.
