I recently moved into the house and noticed that there was a puddle on the floor coming from the furnace. I called this morning and the office said that they could send someone out no later than 4. Cory and Travis arrived earlier than I expected. They were amazing! Of course the parts have to be ordered for the leak coming from the trap. They checked everything else out and explained everything to me! I even requested the yearly service plan.

I found the experience very satisfying the Gentleman arrived on time prepared the work area went to work .they got out my OLD unit and replaced it with a very efficient new one. Cory from Elite Air was my tech today, he arrived earlier than expected which was great. They were here to service and clean my mini-split Fujitsu unit that is in our upstairs attic which was converted into our master. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely thorough throughout the entire visit. While I have nothing to really compare the costs to, I can share that the job took a considerable amount of time; Cory disassembled the entire unit to make sure it was properly cleaned and functioning again once reassembled. Outstanding service! The technician, Bruno showed up earlier than anticipated, very professional and courteous. He asked in advanced if there were any questions before he proceeded to inspect the furnace. He conducted a thorough inspection and gave me a detailed report on the operational status of the furnace and a couple of suggestions for preventative maintenance. Very pleased with the service and will most likely go back to have the suggested service done 👍🏼

Quote was given and I was told that the parts have been ordered and it have been a month had to call in three times and got the same response even to the fact that it will be in at a certain day and time and no call or follow up with this company. For the second year in a row they are many hours late for a service appointment. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the work is decent. Last year they were about 3 hours past the 4 hour window this year closer to 4 hours. My appointment was 12-4, just get a text they will be here close to 8. I don't know if I'll continue using them after this. While I understand it's the busy season, I didn't get a call until almost 4, was told the technician would be here no later then 6.

Tried to initiate business with this company multiple times. First time they came out to do a free estimate on my parent's house in Hamilton. They came out and walked through the house and told me that I could either get a central heat pump or a minisplit system but failed to give me a quote on said systems. Beware of the glowing reviews and the all of the shiny trappings of good service. We have been with this company for a year-and-a-half now, and nothing is as it seems. Their technicians are polite and seem good, but management is running a money-making machine. In 30 years of home ownership we have relied on lasting relationships with plumbers, electricians, and HVAC contractors, but we have never had an ongoing relationship with a company that behaves like this one.

They installed 5 units in our house 10 years ago and have been servicing them. With the recent power outage the main unit stopped working. They came the next day, resolved the problem quickly. They are very helpful. We have a leak in our air conditioner and needs services every year. This is our third year yet by then and they never pressure us to purchase a new unit knowing we are going to move soon.
Update: had our furnace replaced. I wish I waited because they charged me arm and a leg for their furnace. I was impatient to wait for my contractor and thinking I was getting limited life time warranty that it was good deal. Oh boy, not until my contractor told me what should of actually costed me. I could have saved more than half what charged me. My advice...always get a second

OUTSTANDING! We knew our furnace was on borrowed time and of course it conked out during a crazy cold spell. They came first thing the next morning to give us a quote, and were there two days later to install since the unit had to be ordered. The crew was incredible, and took every possible precaution to keep my house clean. They were neat and courteous and when the job became way more involved than originally thought, they worked right through without a complaint.
