I called and made an appointment with Creative Carpet Repair for a small repair patch job. I received a quote of $149-200.
However, today they sent out a company called Carpet Savers without explaining to me that they don’t themselves come out to do the job. They contract the work out to someone else.
When the technician arrived I asked for an EXACT price before he would start... he said that his boss Robert told him to call him for pricing. 🤔
The owner, Robert told him to charge me a whopping $300!! I objected and explained my conversation with Creative Carpet Repair regarding the cost

I had carpet savers replace my downstairs carpet, clean my upstairs and patch a spot upstairs. I also had them clean my HVAC vents and dryer vent. The team did a great job with the install and cleaning. They were efficient, polite and considerate of my home. I am also very impressed with how well the patch turned out. Robert the owner, was very responsive with questions and concerns. Roberts price was also very fair. Most importantly though, It was very clear to me, Roberts main goal for this project was to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the outcome of the project. It is very reassuring

I had avoided getting my carpets cleaned and re-stretched because I was nervous about the amount of time and work it would take (having to clear out my rooms like one place mentioned when they quoted me). They didn't have to move out any of my furniture and managed to take 2 inches out of my carpet! It's so unbelievably clean (I wish I'd taken before photos, but I was too embarrassed). I always hoped the people I invited over weren't looking at my gross, wrinkled carpet, but now it looks as good as when we moved in 5 years ago. AND IT ONLY TOOK THEM AN HOUR AND A HALF!! Also

Absolute worst driver in a carpet saver truck. He decided to get into left lane on 99w and then proceed to go 40 on a 55 while being passed by multiple cars...after miles of this...I was finally able to pass him and he was looking at his phone. Fair priced, solid cleaning jobs. The workers are good at what they do. Leave nice pattern in the carpet and a nice smell. They said they can even lower the smell if it's bothersome. They do patchwork and re-stretches. Years of experience between all the workers. Fast too but do the job right.

Robert did a fantastic job on our carpets. Due to family situations, we hadn't had the carpets cleaned in the rooms and hallway downstairs and stairway for over 4 years and the rooms upstairs for over 7 years. I was rather embarrassed to admit this. He was able to get the carpets all cleaned. In fact, the carpet on the stairway looks like new. It hasn't ever looked that good since we had it installed. Overall, the carpets all look bright and renewed.

Carpet Savers were sent to our home when we had called a restoration company for an estimate on an eave with a claim started with a local electric company that blocked a drain pipe which had caused some water damage to our home, this discussion lead to other possibilities of further water damage to our home. The person that answered the phone was so incredibly rude and refused to be helpful in anyway. After the carpet was cleaned, the house smelled disgusting like he never change the water and used dirty water to clean the whole house. The whole carpet cleaning had to be redone

This is a review I owe Carpet Savers for quite some time. The guys in this company did a great job installing the carpet for me.

It was at the end of July before I move into my new house. Since I need to get my carpet installed before move in, we had a deal that the work should be done before August 1st. Despite the tight schedule and very hot weather, they work very hard and even use the weekend to get it done on time. I really enjoy and appreciate their sense of being serious on the business.

We called Carpet Savers when our cat had a bladder infection & urinated in our daughters room. It was the worst smell ever. Robert came & cleaned the carpet & patched in some areas. He did such a great job. No smell lingered. I don't know what magic he uses but it was amazing.
Two years later we moved & he did a complete install. Tear out & new carpet. We were doing a remodel & he was so accommodating with changing dates a couple of times. He always was on time & worked very hard. I couldn't see amy seams in the transition from room to room. I would recommend
