At A-Steam Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, we clean most types of fibers and material on the market and only use the best upholstery tools and methods to ensure that we give you the most effective cleaning and stain removal possible. With annual maintanence of your furnitures upholstery, you will ensure a longer and more vibrant lifespan for your upholstery.
Carpet and Upholstery manufacturers apply "protectors" during the manufacturing process which help your carpet and upholstery stay cleaner longer but with foot traffic, constant use, vacuuming and other day to day wear and tear on your carpets and furniture these protectors wear off over time. If these protectors are reapplied after cleaning, they will help the stain resistance on your carpets and upholstery.
You will want to stay off the carpet as much as possible for the first 6 hours after being cleaned. If you need to walk on the carpet sooner, A-Steam will provide you with complimentary plastic booties to wear. Our regular pricing includes moving sofas, chairs, end tables, etc. Beds, entertainment centers and heavy furniture can be moved for an additional fee.
There are many dishonest cleaners in business today who take advantage of customers. They offer very low pricing for their services and provide below average services while not using the most up to date chemicals and equipment. At A-Steam, a Free Pre-Cleaning Inspection Appointment is scheduled so the customer has a clear understanding on what it will cost for our services.

I called Scott for an estimate and he was out the following morning. We have a rental home and carpet was left with horrible dog stains. We honestly thought carpet would have to be replaced.
Scott was able to get all stains out, and it looks new again!

Scott from A-Steam cleaned the living room, stairway, hall, and TV room recently and did a fantastic job. He was quick to return my call and schedule an appointment. He gave a rough estimate over the phone and a concrete price once he came out to the house and saw the actual square footage (no obligation). Scott is fantastic! I highly recommend A-Steam for your carpet cleaning needs. He's super friendly, punctual, honest, and does an excellent job. I asked him to clean the carpets of a home we just purchased. They were generally dingy and had a number of stains scattered about. They look so good now, so fresh and clean. I don't have to worry about my 3-year-old rolling all around on the floors anymore.

Scott Byer, A-Steam's owner, cleaned our carpet and four pieces of upholstered furniture today. I give him the highest rating. He arrived on time, gave a detailed estimate, worked non-stop for more than five hours, did an incredibly thorough job, and left the house the way it was when he arrived. I like to award local establishments my business, but I would use A-Steam even if it was not local. This is a well-run operation, and I recommend it without reservation.

Had (and still have!) an issue with one of the areas cleaned - the aggressive attempt to clean two bloom spots on a section of beige short-pile carpeting actually delaminated the padding and the blue color of the pad wicked up into the fiber. Instead of the original spots (which have returned), I now have something that looks like the leftovers of a crime scene. He took too long to respond and acted like it was an inconvenience to him - and his solution to this was "maybe you can find a nice oriental rug to go over it". I'll probably spend more fixing the problem than I paid for
