All of our commercial rooftop units and systems, from 1 1/2 tons through 162 tons, are designed to address today's comfort demands, superior indoor air quality, straightforward installation and minimized energy consumption. Dedicated digital controls enable the use of building management systems to allow for efficient operation and system monitoring to ensure performance to design.
We had our home heating boiler replaced by Colonial and was very pleased with the installation. Both Josh and Kevin (the installers) were very polite and knowledgeable about the unit. They did a excellent job and the city inspector agreed also! After installing the unit, we had a couple of questions and they came over promptly to explain the operation of the boiler.
