My furnace went out on a Monday and I had a brand new one up and running again by mid morning Wednesday of the same week!!! Called other companies and couldn't even get an estimate scheduled. Andy came over explained the process, what we were getting and when. Very happy with R and L. Will be my first call from here on!! Repairmen were respectful of my home and understanding and flexible. We had a piano delivered the same day and they were accommodating to the movers without hesitation.

Not even a month into living in my new house and you know what happens on the coldest week of November? Yep, the 30 year old furnace decided to kick the bucket on us! Not an entirely unexpected situation, but stressful none the less.

We have used R&L for a number of years for our furnace check ups each year. When it came time for a new furnace and AC I didn't check with anyone else. They are professional, on time, knowledgeable on their products and installation. Went over the entire new system after installation. I would recommend to anyone else and they are local!

R&L installed my AC unit last summer, they were very timely and competitively priced. What I really loved about them was that when it stopped working this summer they sent Todd over same-day to inspect and repair it. It turned out to be a simple electrical issue and they didn't charge me anything for it and Todd was extremely professional and prompt. I'd absolutely recommend this business to a friend/family member.

R&L installed a brand new air conditioner in a few hours at our home. They were quick, clean and very professional. They laid plastic down to not mess up our carpet. We had quotes from 3 different HVAC companies and R&L were by far the lowest and it wasn't even close! We also had them install a humidifier on our furnace as well. I highly recommend R&L for all of your heating and cooling needs.

Customers beware! This company installed our heating and cooling upon construction of our home. Within the first few months, the zones malfunctioned and it was nearly impossible to get them back to fix it under warranty. When they did they did quick fixes and the zones kept malfunctioning. When we brought in another company (recommended by Lennox) and they went to the attic they saw "the worst wiring job they ever encountered" as the source of our issues. We had to re-wire the system. I called the company upon this evaluation and they stated they "don't come out that far"

I had the unfortunate experience of my heat going out recently. In Michigan, this is never a fun event...especially when it's 18 degrees out. I called R&L per a recommendation from a friend. They answered the phone quickly, and got a technician out right away. The technician came over and removed the dirty filter. The heat kicked on, so he assumed everything was fixed and told me that he didn't have any filters on his truck that were the right size for my furnace, but it was ok to let the furnace run without a filter. He was at my house for half an hour, and charged $125, which was

I hired this company to do a central heating and cooling system after getting 4 other quotes. They came in the cheapest. I also felt the most comfortable with the owner salesman who came to the house. On the day of installation, two guy's showed up on time and started ripping out the old system. The guy's who showed up were pleasant and didn't mind my snooping. By the end of the day my new system was installed and running. The only thing that kind of bugged me that this is a condensing furnace and the fresh air intake is located indoors. My other one was outdoors. When the city inspectors
