Called for boiler repair.
PROS: Super courteous dispatch. Squeezed me in for same day technician. Technician actually came when he said that he was going to come and called when he said he would. All very professional.
CONS: He was there all of 4 minutes before I started getting calls that I needed to come home from work to hear about "options". I said that I just wanted him to access and fix the expansion tank, which we had determined was the problem. I wish he had just been frank and said that he had no interest or ability (the boiler is in a tight space, not the easiest to access, so you have

DTE shut off my AC unit for some reason and no other company would get back with me. They responded within 24 hours and came out 2 days later, had the problem fixed within an hour. Great service would use them again

Tech was on time, polite, and professional. However he wasn’t knowledgeable about EPA regulations. Besides that, I was charged for a A/C repair and he did a bunch of maintenance on my A/C that I had to pay for, yet when he was done he told me my compressor was bad after a 4 hour visit and basically I needed to get a new unit. He quoted me for a new unit and said the money I paid for him “not” to fix my A/C could be applied to that or furnace maintenance he suggested and quoted. I don’t believe it was within his scope to tell me my money could be applied to my next services... when I called

This company is one that I strongly do not recommend. The workers are not qualified for job. I had a complete system air cooling and heating system installed. The workers forgot to install correctly panel walls left unscrewed and a whole new part had to be replaced .I'm paying for brand new system heat did not then air did not work then panels fall apart they screwed them back forgot to tape around edges return visits over 8 times paper tape left in fan making shredding sound called recorded sound one piece of tape left in fan I said I'm tired of calling you over things that should have

I sent out a mass message on Yelps help feature, and Kaltec replied back quickly with a phone number. I called and was after explaining that I simply needed a certificate that my Heat Exchange was working, I was given available slots for the next day! I chose from 2pm-4pm as my slot, and was given the estimate over the phone (which was about $30 LESS than the other companies that contacted me estimated), but they let me know that the
