I had a sick kid last night. She made a mess of her rug and no matter how much I scrubbed you could still smell and see the incident. I scrambled for a carpet cleaner to borrow from family and friends with no luck. I called ProAction and they came and not only restored my daughters rug, but also cleaned the rest of my rugs at a very fair price. She was in and out so quickly and my rugs are not soaking wet! I’m so grateful for their help! Absolutely recommend!

Very professional and courteous. You can tell that they know a lot about cleaning. We’ve used them a few times and we’re always happy with the results. I was late for our appointment today and they were very nice and understanding even though it delayed the rest of their day.

Flash back in time; about three years ago when they first started the company; " husband and wife team" they came to my condo to clean my carpet. Once they finished Rich (the husband) told me to look over their work, and if I wasn't satisfied the job would be free!
