Mark promptly returned my call when I was inquiring about the service. We discussed a date and timeframe that would work for both of us. He confirmed the date and time a few days before. The day of he called to let me know approximately when he would be at my place and asked if that still worked for me. He was efficient and it didn't take long for him to get the job done. I had three area rugs for him to do. I highly recommend Steam Plus Carpet Cleaning and will call Mark next time I need my rugs cleaned again.

Mark was incredible! I was out of town when he did the clean and was very responsible and understanding! I could not have asked for better service! He cleaned the carpets so well, even though we thought they were uncleanable... a miracle!!!!! I definitely recommend this company if you are in need of a carpet cleaner, or having any upholstery cleaned! Thank you Mark :)

Mark did an amazing job! I had heavily stained carpets and Mark came out and turned my brownish looking carpets back to the light cream color that they are suppose to be. I highly recommend Steam Plus for any of your carpet cleaning needs! I give 5 stars to this company!

Steam Plus has done great work for us on several occasions. This week they we able to save a rug I was ready to throw away. Wow! I have already recommended them to 2 other friends this week.
