They were very professional and kept me informed on every step of the process. I especially liked that they let me know the time they would be here and even let me know that they were running 5 minutes late. This is the kind of service that I appreciate and they did an excellent job. We will consider them for future services.

I would absolutely recommend Jordan's Window Cleaning. Jordan responded to my initial inquiry quickly, his price was fair, and he sent a confirmation email. Shortly before the scheduled date, Jordan confirmed and arrived on-time. He did a fantastic job, my windows are so clean it's like looking through a window/door with no glass. 5 star job!

What a BEAUTIFUL job by Jay Jordan. I have 26 windows in my home and it would have taken me a week to clean all of them, not to mention the ladders and roofs I have to deal with. Jay was early for the appointment and had all 26 windows sparkling in a few hours! I highly recommend this service. Jay is respectful, courteous and the price was great! It was actually gifted to me as I have not been able to use a ladder in some time. What a wonderful gift to give yourself or someone else!! I have even removed curtains from my windows!

We had to reschedule several times due to life events. Jay responded quickly each time. We finally got our date set and Jay was right on time, well prepared, a true professional. We have walls of windows reaching up to 3rd floor and his cleaning was perfect. Our windows sparkle and are crystal clear. We are so thankful we found Jay and will continue with him for inside and outside twice yearly.
