We noticed a small cave in after it had rained earlier in the year and called Collins Roofing to come out give an estimate. They were very professional and friendly, so we went ahead and had them fix it. They repaired it very fast and did a phenomenal job and we have had no further leaks or issues.

Thank you, Collins Roofing! When we searched for a roof repair after the spring rains, we found Collins the first to get back to us in a timely manner. I liked that the owner, Cary, came to meet us and using aerial photography (maybe a drone) gave us a clear picture of what work needed to be done.

We were sent a quick assessment via email. The cost was reasonable and we were contacted a week and a few days before to remind us about the service call. Two gentlemen came between 7-8 and within three to four hours the job was done.

I am so very disappointed in this company. We used them in 2013 and they replaced a bunch of our roof. At least half and charged us $3000.00.
Last week we noticed a leak in the area that they replaced in 2013. Having just painted that room and ceiling in October it was obvious where the leak was.
I called them and the owner Cary immediately started saying he was certain it was NOT where they repaired the roof. Without looking at it or anything. I felt like I was getting the shaft so I asked him to speak to my husband. He told my husband the same thing but said they would come out and take a look

Called and made an appointment for today. They called me back twice yesterday once to check my call back number and once again to move up my appointment to 8am. I took time off of work to meet with them for an estimate. At 9am the day of the appointment the owner called me and wanted to give me a "heads up" that he would not service my area. I asked why, he stated he did not want the work in my area where I lived. I stated I took time off of work but he couldn't of cared less. I'll make sure I tell everyone! Shame on you!

We noticed a leak in the ceiling of of one of our bedrooms after the rainfall Thanksgiving weekend. Cary was referred by a friend and quick to respond. He came and gave a us an estimate which was very fair and reasonable. They came and did the work 2 days later. They found another problem that we were not aware of while repairing the roof and fixed that as well. It now has been pouring for the last 24 hours and the roof is holding up well. Thank Cary for they excellent workmanship and speedy response. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends.

Excellent roofing company! Owner of the company came out to look at the damages on my roof and wrote up an estimate. I accepted the same day and they started the work the same week! They are very professional/honest and I would defiantly refer them. They finished the work promptly and everything looked great!
