Smithmyers are always very caring and professional. I had a problem with a smell of gasoline in my basement, and even though it wasn't their problem once they figured that out, they stayed and helped put my mind at ease. I would never call anyone else.

We received a quote from them to replace our hot water heater for $1,700. When they completed the work, the final bill was $2,344. I questioned the difference in price and asked for a breakdown but they told me that it was a flat rate and they couldn’t provide that information to me. I can understand a little difference in price between the quote and final cost, but not over $600!
