Had a great experience with them the first time but when I called to try and schedule a pressure test to finalize the sale on my house, they said they'd get back to me and never did.

Consumers beware I thought they were a trustworthy company..I bought the oil tanks to be installed which were in a different spot than where the old ones were..they didn't replace the old ones..i offered to give them more blankets to wrap the tanks in so they wouldn't be scratched they insisted they had enough and still scratched the tanks as indicated where I had to repaint with the new color. I have no idea how bad the back side is as it's up against a wall. They drilled a new hole in the wall for pipes never filled the gaps I had to fill them myself. They left the brick dust on the floor where

I contacted this company because I had seen they were the company my employer, at the time, had been using and I thought that if the company used them then they would be a good company to use, however they are not. They charged for an after hours call on a problem they had fixed and then charged for 2 separate issues when it was all from the SAME call. Also I am a single income family that has been DIRECTLY affected from this pandemic, first as a non essential employee and losing steady employment twice in 7 months, and then in having to change industries to find an essential job. I live two blocks away from this company. I figured small town, local business - I would use them for my plumbing problem. On Sunday, I called and left a message that I had water all over my upstairs bathroom floor. They had an after hours number so I called and got someone named Kevin's voice mail. I left a message and he never called me back.
Monday morning, no one called about my voice message, so I called them again. I talked to the receptionist, told her my issue, she said she'd have to call the boss and see if he could fit me in. She called back a few minutes later, said he was too busy
