Had a problem I called them. They took my name and number called me back in like 10 min. Told me he had 2 other calls but would be there, this was at 1030 am by 2 he was here. I'm very happy with the service I got. Let alone it was during the ground hogs day blizzard. They went out off there way for me and my family. Thanks for the help.

I am part owner of a sizable human service business. Kupetz Plumbing and Heating handles all of our Plumbing and HVAC needs for approximately 30 plus properties. They have always been there when we needed them for Emergency Service at all hours of the day or night, and on weekends and holidays. Their employees are polite and professional. The owner, Andy really knows his stuff. Andy is one the most knowledgeable and honest tradesmen, that I have ever worked with. They do very nice quality work. I do not believe some of the negative reviews people have written. I personally know and work with this

Called around 6:30 p.m. Furnace decided to quit running, of course after business hours. Knowing it is only going to be 28 degrees out this evening, mind you this business advertises 24/7 emergency service. I get asked if they ever came to this residence before, well yeah obviously years ago. Then get told, no I can't come out tonight. Didnt even get told maybe tomorrow. Point of this story if your not going to do your business that you advertise as 24/7 emergency, then I suggest you change your hours, cause my household is freezing for the night, possibly the whole damn weekend because of your
