Very professional and always answered their phones. They came out to our house to help with mediation and demolition after the recent winter storms in Texas. The only issue I had was they did not remove items from shelves near where they were working and the vibrations as they tore out walls meant some items of deep sentimental value were broken during their visit.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They came in and did the walk through and it was very thorough. I left so he could work and it was like night and day when I came back, I didn’t realize how discolored my carpets had gotten. They also got out some stubborn pet stains. They look great and I will certainly use them again. After a couple of so so jobs from other companies it was nice to find them. Very reasonably priced and up front about it.

James did an excellent job for us. We had a very sick Dog and the carpets were a mess to say the least. James prepped the carpets and area rugs thoroughly and explained the process to us. After the Preparations were complete James completed the cleaning. Our carpets look and smell 100% better. Thank you James for taking care of this with care and professionalism during this hard time for my family.

Paid a great deal of attention to his work, Knowledgeable in his profession, did a very thorough job, also very polite and well mannered young man with yrs of experience. I would definitely call him again for carpet cleaning, he also does other things around the house heating and air, and some other knowledgeable things very handy around the house. He’s not cheap though but he’s worth every penny because the last few times I’ve had my carpets cleaned it was not good very poorly done. James paid a great deal of attention to detail and that makes a big difference w me.

Very professional, dedicated and a hard worker. (Tough on stains). He explained every part of the process, the fees, and my carpet’s unique condition and how to care for it long-term. Even offered a discounted rate to return in 2 years for a warranty-type of service. I would highly recommend Excellence Carpet Cleaning of GA, and I would use them again..
